Concern For Missing Colesville Man

UPDATE: April 11, 2016: Edward Sin has been located safe and unharmed.  The Police Department thanks the media and public for sharing this missing person case.

Detectives from the 4th District are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing 26-year-old man from the Colesville area of Silver Spring..

Edward Sin, of the 14200 block of Cribbage Terrace, left his residence early Friday, April 8, at approximately 4:30 a.m.  Sin suffers from bipolar disorder and was disturbed over the recent death of his grandfather.

Edward Sin is described as an Asian male, 5' 7", and weighing 150 pounds.  He has short black hair and brown eyes.  At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a gray, hooded sweatshirt.

Police and family are concerned for Sin's physical and emotional well-being.  Anyone with information regarding Edward Sin's whereabouts is asked to call the Montgomery County Police Department at 301-279-8000.
