UPDATE: (5/10/16 10:15 a.m.) Harrison Franklin Copman has been located safe and unharmed. The police and family thank the media for sharing this missing person case.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police 4th District Investigative Section are asking the public for help to locate a man missing from Olney.

Harrison Franklin Copman, age 28, from the 18000 block of Queen Elizabeth Drive was last seen at his residence the morning of Sunday, May 8.

He is described as a white male, 5’6” tall and weighing 180 pounds. He has short dark-brown hair and a thick beard. He was last seen wearing a black tee shirt with the graphic of a “crazy clown” on the front, and blue jeans. He has several tattoos: “RIP Carl” on left arm, two skulls on both upper arms, “Anijah” on the inside of his left arm, a marijuana leaf on his right shoulder, and two stars on both shoulder blades that are red, white and green in color.

Detectives and family members are concerned about his safety, knowing that he left in an agitated emotional state after a personal-relationship dispute. Copman is diagnosed with Conduct Disorder but does not take medication.

Copman does not drive and may be traveling by bus. He is known to go to the Westfield Wheaton Mall on a regular basis.

Anyone who may have information about Copman’s whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency number 301-279-8000. Callers may remain anonymous.
