Concern for Missing Twinbrook Area Man

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police – 1st District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Twinbrook area man.

Philip Richard Horner, age 62, from the 2200 block of McAuliffe Drive, in the Twinbrook area of Rockville, left his residence on June 19.   He is described as a white male, 5’10” tall, and weighing approximately 180 pounds.  Horner is balding with brown and gray hair and has brown eyes.  It is not known what clothing he was wearing when he left his residence.  Horner is known to frequent the Rockville Town Center area.

Horner does not have his prescribed medication with him and police and family members are concerned for his emotional and physical well-being.
