Update: Detectives Seek Help from Public to Locate Ethiopian Man Missing from Silver Spring

Update June 24: Mr. Haile was found safe and unharmed in Westminister, Maryland. Police and his family thank all those who assisted in publicizing this missing person case.

Montgomery County Police 3rd District Detectives are seeking the public's help to locate a senior Ethiopian man who walked away from his residence in the 1900 block of Agate Drive in Silver Spring yesterday, June 23 at approximately 2:30 p.m.

Ingidashet Haile, age 75, has been in the United States for approximately four months. He has been diagnosed with Dementia and he does not drive.

He is described as a black male, 5'9" tall and weighing 170 pounds. He has graying black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray and blue jacket and gray pants.
