Detectives Investigate Peeping Tom in Germantown

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police – 5th District Investigative Section continue to investigate a peeping tom offense that involved a suspect taking photographs underneath an adult female’s dress while she shopped inside a department store in Germantown.

On Wednesday, June 15 at approximately 1:12 p.m., the victim was shopping at the T.J. Maxx department store located at 20906 Frederick Road in Germantown when she noticed the suspect using a cell phone to take pictures underneath her dress.  The victim confronted the suspect and he fled out of the store.  Officers obtained surveillance photographs of the suspect in the T.J. Maxx and are asking for the public’s help to identify him.
