Concern for Missing Silver Spring Woman

Update: August 4, 2016, Diane Lynn Rosen has been located safe and unharmed.  The police and family thank the public and media for sharing this missing person case.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Silver Spring woman.

Diane Lynn Rosen, age 55, from the 10300 block of Green Holly Terrace was last seen leaving her residence on July 24.  She is described as a white female, 5’3” tall, and weighing approximately 220 pounds.  Rosen has shoulder length brown hair, brown eyes, wears glasses, and has a tattoo of a wolf’s head on her left shoulder blade.  It is not known what clothing Rosen was wearing when she left her home.  Rosen may be driving a 2003 dark blue Honda Civic with Maryland tag: ZENCAT.

Rosen is known to frequent the downtown Silver Spring area and police and family members are concerned for her emotional and physical well-being.

Anyone with information in reference to the whereabouts of Diane Lynn Rosen or the 2003 dark blue Honda Civic is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000.
