Concern for Missing Bethesda Man

UPDATE: 8/19/2016 at 7:45 p.m. - Nicholas D. New has been located safe and unharmed.  Thank you to the public and media for sharing this missing person case.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department - 2nd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Bethesda man.

Nicholas D. New, age 42, of the 7400 block of Lakeview Drive, was last seen at his residence yesterday at approximately 11:00 p.m.

Nicholas D. New is described as a white male, 6’ 01” tall, weighing approximately 220 pounds.  He has brown hair, a mustache and green eyes.  New was last seen wearing a floral T-shirt and a green and white bandana.

New is without his medication and police and family members are concerned for his welfare.
