Sobriety Checkpoint Tonight; Choose a Sober Driver

With the end of summer approaching and the celebrations that often occur during this time of the year, the Montgomery County Police Department continues to remind motorists to drive responsibly and choose a sober driver.

Tonight, August 26, officers from the Montgomery County Police Department will be conducting a sobriety checkpoint. This enforcement is a component of the Department’s continuing effort to curb impaired driving and underage drinking.

The exact location of the checkpoint will not be disclosed in advance. The checkpoint times are approximate.
