Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 4^th District Patrol Investigations Unit continue to investigate the July 15 theft that occurred at the Sunglass Hut at Macy’s located within the Westfield Wheaton mall at 11160 Veirs Mill Road. Today, investigators are releasing target="_blank">surveillance video of the suspects and are asking for the public’s help in identifying them.

On July 15 at approximately 9:25 p.m., 4^th District officers responded to the Sunglass Hut at Macy’s for the report of a theft that had just occurred. The investigation revealed that the two suspects entered the Macy’s department store and went to the Sunglass Hut located inside. The suspects stole several pairs of sunglasses by concealing them in bags. The total value of the stolen sunglasses was approximately $1,000. The suspects were last seen fleeing from the Macy’s department store.
