Suspect Arrested for Indecent Exposure in Montgomery Village

Montgomery County Police Officers from the 6th District have charged John Stovall, age 39, of the 19100 block of Stedwick Drive in Montgomery Village, with indecent exposure after he exposed himself to two 11-year-old girls.

On Wednesday, September 14 at approximately 2:30 p.m., 6th District officers responded to the 19100 block of Stedwick Drive for the report of an indecent exposure that had just occurred.  The victims told police that the suspect, now identified as Stovall, approached them and exposed himself to them as they were walking home from school.  Both victims ran home and reported the incident to a parent.

Officers were given a description of Stovall and found him at his residence.  He was identified by witnesses and arrested.  Stovall was transported to the Central Processing Unit where he was charged with two counts of indecent exposure.  Stovall was released after posting a $7,500 bond.
