Concern for Missing Kensington Woman

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 2nd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Kensington woman.

Courtney Murray, age 26, was last seen by family members when she left her Plyers Mill Road home at approximately 4:00 a.m. this morning.  Family members reported that Murray’s vehicle is parked at the home and that they did not know where she may have gone.  Murray is familiar with public transportation.

Courtney Murray is described as an African American female, 5’5” tall and weighing 113 pounds.  She has short black hair braided in cornrows and brown eyes.

Police and family members are concerned for her emotional and physical welfare.

Anyone with information in reference to the whereabouts of Courtney Murray is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (available 24 hours).  Callers may remain anonymous.
