Concern for Missing 67-Year-Old Man with Dementia

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 1^st District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Rockville man with dementia.

Michael Eugene Tolbert, who resides at the Montgomery County Men’s Emergency Shelter located at 600 East Gude Drive, has been reported missing by shelter staff.

Tolbert is described as a white male, 5’10” tall, and weighing approximately 170 pounds.  He has gray hair, blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a green jumpsuit.  Tolbert is familiar with public transportation.

Tolbert suffers from dementia and does not have his medication with him.  Police and family are concerned for his welfare.
