Silver Alert Issued for Missing Chevy Chase Man

The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Chevy Chase man.  A Silver Alert has been activated for Edward Youth, age 83, of North Park Avenue in Chevy Chase.

Edward Youth was last seen today at approximately 2:00 p.m. at the Giant grocery store located at 5400 Westbard Avenue in Bethesda.  Youth is described as a Caucasian male, 5’4? tall, weighs approximately 150 pounds, and wears glasses.  Youth has dementia and needs medication that is not with him.

Youth was driving a light green, 2007 Volvo S80 (four-door sedan) with Maryland tag: LPD340.

Anyone with information regarding Mr. Youth's whereabouts or anyone who sees his vehicle is asked to call 9-1-1.
