Concern for Missing North Potomac Man

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 1^st District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing North Potomac man.

Joshua Robert Evans, age 23, of Pebblewood Drive in North Potomac has been reported missing by his family.  He was last seen in the 5600 block of Oregon Avenue in Halethorpe, Maryland on December 20.

Joshua Robert Evans is described as a white male, 5’10” tall, and weighing approximately 170 pounds.  He has brown hair and blue eyes.  Evans is believed to be operating a gray, 2014 Ford Escape with Maryland tag: 3BT1524.

Police and family members are concerned for Evans’ emotional and physical welfare.
