Detectives Investigate Hillandale CVS Pharmacy Armed Robbery; Surveillance Video Released

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – Major Crimes Division continue to investigate the January 20 armed robbery of a CVS Pharmacy in Hillandale. Today, investigators are releasing target="_blank">surveillance video of the four black male suspects and are asking for the public’s help in identifying them.

On Friday, January 20 at approximately 9:44 a.m., 3rd District officers responded to the CVS Pharmacy located at 10113 New Hampshire Avenue for the report of an armed robbery that had just occurred.

The investigation by detectives revealed that the four suspects, all wearing dark clothing and partially concealing their faces, entered the CVS and went to the pharmacy located in the back of the store.  Three of the suspects immediately vaulted the pharmacy counter.  One of these suspects, who was armed with a handgun, confronted a CVS employee and demanded cash from the register.  Two other suspects stole medication.  The suspects fled from the store with prescription medication.
