Detectives Seek Public’s Help to Locate Missing Autistic Woman from Gaithersburg

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 6th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing autistic woman.

Soraya Pharah Mascall, age 22, of Rideout Court, was last seen by friends when she left a Courthouse Square address in Rockville on foot at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Friday, February 17.  She last spoke on the phone with her mother at approximately 4:00 p.m. this afternoon but did not provide her location.  Ms. Mascall has high-functioning autism and is familiar with public transportation.

Soraya Pharah Mascall is described as an African American female, 5’5” tall, and weighing 190 pounds.  She has black hair and brown eyes.  Ms. Mascall was last seen wearing a red jacket over a blue polo shirt with the Montgomery County Maryland logo on it, and khaki pants.

Police and family members are concerned for Ms. Mascall’s physical welfare.
