Concern for Missing Silver Spring Area Teenager

Update: February 28 - Hilmer Anibal Espino has been located safe and unharmed.  The police and family thank the public and media for sharing this missing person case.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department –  Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager from the Woodside area of Silver Spring.

Hilmer Anibal Espino, age 16, of the 8800 block of Lanier Drive, has been reported missing by his family.  Espino is described as a Hispanic male, 5' 6” tall, and weighing 130 pounds.  He has black hair and brown eyes.  Espino has tattoos of the cartoon character Snoopy on his chest and the word “Estella” on his left arm.

Police and family are concerned for Hilmer’s welfare.
