Silver Alert Issued for Missing Aspen Hill Area Woman

UPDATE: Nancy Nixon was located safe and unharmed.  MCP thanks the public and media outlets for their assistance in publicizing this case.

The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Aspen Hill area woman who has dementia.  A Silver Alert has been activated for Nancy Johnson Nixon, age 81, of Homecrest Road in the Aspen Hill area.

Nancy Nixon was last seen today at approximately 2:00 p.m. at her residence.  Nixon is described as a white female, 5’7? tall, weighs approximately 170 pounds, with blue eyes and white hair.  She wears glasses.

Nixon was driving a maroon, 2001 Honda Accord (four-door sedan) with Maryland tag: 5995DA and displaying a green bumper sticker.

Anyone with information regarding Nancy Nixon's whereabouts or anyone who sees her vehicle is asked to call 9-1-1.
