Concern for Missing Cloverly Woman

Update: March 2 at 11:00 p.m. - Sena Geleta was located safe and unharmed and reunited with family.  The police and family thank the public and media for sharing this missing person case.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 4th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Cloverly area woman whom family members report functions at the level of a 6-year-old.

Sena Geleta, age 22 of Silo Way, was last seen by family members at approximately 4:30 p.m. this afternoon when she boarded a Ride On bus toward the Wheaton Metro Station .  Detectives believe that Ms. Geleta may have exited that bus at the Wheaton Metro Station and boarded a different Ride On bus toward the Silver Spring Metro Station.

Sena Geleta is described as an African American female, 5’3” tall, and weighing 135 pounds.  She has black hair and brown eyes.  Ms. Geleta was last seen wearing a black and purple backpack over a white, hooded coat, black leggings, and yellow boots.

Police and family members are concerned for Ms. Geleta’s physical welfare.
