Concern for Missing Silver Spring Woman

Update 6/17/17: Rose Howes was located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department - 3rd District Investigative Section are asking the public for help in locating a 27-year-old woman missing from Silver Spring.

Rose Howes of the 8100 block of Georgia Avenue was last seen at her residence on Monday, June 12 at approximately 12:45 p.m.

Howes is described as a white female, 5’ 7” tall and weighing 189 pounds.  She has long, blond hair and green eyes.  She was last seen wearing a brown dress.

Family and police are concerned for Rose Howes' mental and physical well-being.
