Concern For Missing Man - Silver Alert Activated

Update: July 7, 2017 at 1:44 p.m. - Orlando Walter Brown returned to his home safe and unharmed.  The police and family thank the public and media for sharing this missing person case.

Detectives from the 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating a 60-year-old man last seen in Damascus on Wednesday night.  A Silver Alert has been activated by the Maryland State Police.

Orlando Walter Brown was last known to be in the Damascus area at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 5.  He is believed to driving a tan 2008 Ford Focus with Maryland tags 4BW7737.  He has been diagnosed with Dementia.

Orlando Brown is described as an African American male, 5' 11" tall, and weighing 190 pounds.  He is wearing a white baseball cap with a black brim, a blue polo shirt with horizontal stripes, and blue jeans.  He is balding with graying hair.  The photo shows him with a moustache but he is currently clean shaven.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Orlando Brown or the tan Ford Focus should immediately call 9-1-1.
