Concern for Missing Germantown Man

For Immediate Release: Thursday, July 20, 2017

Update: July 21, 2017 - Israiel Thomas Kirton has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Germantown man.

Israiel Thomas Kirton, age 18, was last seen by family members at approximately noon on Tuesday, July 18 when he was left his Leatherbark Way residence on foot.   Kirton is described as an African American male, approximately 6’2” tall and weighing approximately 170 pounds.  He has brown eyes and black hair.

Police and family are concerned for Kirton’s emotional welfare.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Israiel Thomas Kirton is urged to call the 24-hour police non-emergency line at 301-279-8000.
