Concern for Missing Gaithersburg Woman

Update: August 10, 2017 - Kathryn Amalia Richley has been located safe and unharmed. 

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 6th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Gaithersburg woman.

Kathryn Amalia Richley, age 62, was last seen by staff members at approximately 6:45 a.m. this morning (August 8) when she left a group home in the 1000 block of Quince Orchard Road on foot.  Richley is described as a white female, approximately 5’8” tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds.  She has green eyes and blonde hair.

Police and family are concerned for Richley’s physical and emotional welfare.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Kathryn Amalia Richley is urged to call 9-1-1 or the 24-hour police non-emergency line at 301-279-8000.
