Update: LOCATED - Vehicle of Laura Wallen (Missing Olney Woman); Laura Wallen Still Missing

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) continue to investigate the suspicious disappearance of Olney woman, Laura Elizabeth Wallen, age 31, of Rolling Meadow Way.

Family members last received a text from Laura's phone on the morning of Monday, September 4. Family members have been unable to contact her since that time.  Wallen was believed to be operating a black, 2011 Ford Escape with Maryland tags.

As part of this investigation, detectives have been attempting to locate Wallen's vehicle and have been searching in areas to include the city of Columbia, Maryland, a place she frequented as a teacher and was familiar with.  On the evening of September 7, MCPD investigators located Wallen's vehicle unoccupied and parked in an apartment complex in the 10600 block of Gramercy Place in Columbia.  Laura Wallen has not been located.

Laura Elizabeth Wallen is described as a white female who is 5’5” tall and weighs 200 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes.  She is four months pregnant.
