Concern for Missing Juvenile from Rockville

Update: 9/14/17: Kevin Michael Franklin has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public for help in locating a missing Rockville juvenile.

Kevin Michael Franklin, age 14, of the 1700 block of Pitt Place, was last seen by family members when he left his residence on foot at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Monday, September 11.  Franklin is described as a white male, 5’07” tall, and weighing 140 pounds.  He has brown hair and hazel eyes.  Franklin was last seen wearing a blue zip-up hoodie, green long sleeve shirt, blue and white Adidas track pants, and white tennis shoes.

Police and family are concerned for Franklin’s welfare.
