Concern for Missing Potomac Area Man

UPDATE: September 13, 2017 - Robby Moutcheu Happy has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 1st District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Potomac area man.

Robby Moutcheu Happy, age 22, of the 8800 block of Tuckerman Lane was last seen leaving a residence on Amber Tree Court in Gaithersburg at approximately 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 11.  Happy left the Amber Tree Court address in a black, 2006 Audi A4 with Maryland tag: 1CW5796.  He did not return to his Tuckerman Lane home and family members have been unable to contact him since that time.

Robby Moutcheu Happy is described as an African American male who is 6’1” tall and weighs 190 pounds.  He has black hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a red checkered shirt, black pants, and grey shoes.

Police and family are concerned for Mr. Happy’s emotional and physical welfare.
