Concern for Missing Aspen Hill Man

Update: September 19, 2017 - Matias Jose Bobenrieth has been located safe and unharmed. 

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 4th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Aspen Hill man.

Matias Jose Bobenrieth, age 49, was last seen by family when he left his Birchtree Lane home on foot at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 14.  Family members have been unable to contact him since that time.  Detectives believe that Mr. Bobenrieth may be in the Dupont Circle area of Northwest, Washington, D.C.

Matias Jose Bobenrieth is described as a white male who is 6 foot tall and weighs 230 pounds.  He has black hair and brown eyes.

Police and family are concerned for Mr. Bobenrieth’s emotional and physical welfare.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Matias Jose Bobenrieth is asked to call the 24-hour police non-emergency line at 301-279-8000.
