Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 2
nd District Investigative Section continue to investigate the August 4 theft of multiple Apple iPhones from an Apple Store located in Bethesda. Today, detectives are releasing surveillance photographs of the three suspects and are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects.
On August 4 at approximately 9:10 a.m., 2
nd District officers responded to the Apple Store located at 4860 Bethesda Avenue for the report of a theft that had just occurred. The investigation by detectives determined that the three suspects entered the Apple Store shortly after the business opened at 9:00 a.m. The suspects briefly walked around the store and then stole nine iPhones from display cases. The suspects fled from the store and were last seen on foot in the area of Bethesda Lane at Elm Street.

nd District Investigative Section at 240-773-6710. Those who wish to remain anonymous may call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County toll-free at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477). Crime Solvers will pay a cash reward of up to $10,000 for information provided to them that leads to an arrest in this case.
