Concern for Missing Kemp Mill Area Juvenile

Update: October 11, 2017 - Frieda Allissa Tan was located safe and unharmed this morning and returned home.  The police and family thank the public and media for sharing this missing person case.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public for help in locating a missing Kemp Mill area juvenile.

Frieda Allissa Tan, who goes by her middle name Allissa, age 16, of the 1200 block of Caddington Avenue, has been reported missing by her family.  Allisa is described as an Asian female, 5’ 01” tall, and weighing 95 pounds.  She has black hair and black eyes.  Family members believe that Allissa may still be in the area with friends.

Police and family are concerned for Allissa’s welfare.
