Detectives Investigate Death in Wheaton

For Immediate Release: Friday, November 10, 2017

Detectives with the Montgomery County Police Department – Major Crimes Division are investigating the death of an adult female victim who was found deceased to the rear of the shopping center located at 2321 University Boulevard West.

On Friday, November 10 at approximately 3:29 p.m., the Emergency Communications Center (911) received a call for the report of an unresponsive person behind a commercial establishment at University Boulevard West and Elkin Street.  First responders located the adult female deceased behind the building.

This is an active and ongoing death investigation. An autopsy will be conducted by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore. More details will be released as they become available.
