Silver Alert Issued for Missing Germantown Woman

UPDATE: 11/24/2017 at approximately 9:45 p.m. - Ms. Bosley has been located and is being reunited with family. The Silver Alert has been cancelled.

The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Germantown woman.  A Silver Alert has been activated for 85-year-old Ruth Marie Bosley of the 12300 block of Milestone Manor Lane.  Ms. Bosley is showing early signs of dementia.



Ms. Bosley was last seen leaving a hair salon located in the 4800 block of Boiling Brook Parkway in Rockville this morning at approximately 11:45 a.m in a black, 2008 Lincoln MKZ (a four-door passenger mid-size sedan) with Maryland tag: 7AE7050.

Ms. Bosley is described as a white female who is approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs approximately 160 pounds, and has blue eyes and reddish-blonde hair.    She wears glasses.  She was last seen wearing a white sweater and black trousers.

Anyone with information regarding Ruth Bosley's whereabouts or anyone who sees her vehicle is asked to call 9-1-1.
