Update: Victim’s Identity Released in Germantown Homicide

For Immediate Release: Tuesday, December 19, 2017

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – Major Crimes Division continue to investigate the December 16 homicide that occurred at a residence in the 12900 block of Falling Water Circle in Germantown.

The homicide victim, a resident of that address, is now being identified as Andrew Douglas Turner, age 18.

On Saturday, December 16 at 4:36 p.m., the Emergency Call Center (911) received a call from the 12900 block of Falling Water Circle for a male subject shot.  First responders located Turner deceased in the home with an apparent gunshot wound.

Anyone with information regarding this homicide is urged to contact the Major Crimes Division at 240.773.5070.  Those tipsters who wish to remain anonymous and eligible for a reward of up to $10,000.00, may call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477).
