Germantown Death Investigated as Homicide

Detectives with the Montgomery County Police Department – Major Crimes Division are investigating the death of an adult male who was found deceased this afternoon inside a residence in Germantown.

On Wednesday, January 3 at approximately 3:51 p.m., 5th District officers responded to a home in the 12500 block of Cross Ridge Way for the report of a suspicious situation.  First responders located an adult male with trauma to his body deceased in the residence.

This death is being investigated as a homicide.  An autopsy will be conducted by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore. More details will be released as they become available.
