Concern For Silver Spring Man

January 10, 2018 - William Deangelo Edwards has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives with the 3rd District Investigative Section are asking the public for assistance in locating a 20-year-old male who functions at the level of a 6-year-old.

William Deangelo Edwards was last known to be in the area his school, the Pathsway School - Edgewood located at 801 University Boulevard in Silver Spring at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 9.  Edwards is described as an African American male, 6' tall, and weighing approximately 160 pounds.  Edwards was last known to be wearing  a blue winter jacket, black sweat pants, and black Nike shoes.

Edwards carries an address of 3146 Banneker Drive NE in the District of Columbia.

Police and family are concerned for his welfare.  Anyone who has information with regard to the whereabouts of William Deangelo Edwards is asked to call 9-1-1.
