Concern for Missing Gaithersburg Man

For Immediate Release: Tuesday, January 30, 2018

Update: January 31, 2018 - William Giunto has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 6^th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Gaithersburg man.

William Giunto, age 47, resides in a group home located in the 1000 block of Quince Orchard Road and was last seen by caretakers at approximately 6:30 p.m. this evening (January 30).

Mr. Giunto is described as a white male, who is 5' 11? tall and weighs 185 pounds.  He has blue eyes, long black and grey hair, and a black and grey beard. Mr. Giunto was last seen wearing a black fleece jacket and white and plaid pajama pants.

Mr. Giunto is without his medication and police and caretakers are concerned for his physical and emotional welfare.
