Concern for Missing Silver Spring Woman

UPDATE: Delphinia Virginia McPhaul has been located safe and unharmed.


Detectives with the Montgomery County Police Department – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Silver Spring woman.

Delphinia Virginia McPhaul, age 59, of 1st Avenue, last spoke with family members on the telephone on February 5.  Family has been unable to contact her since that time.  Family members reported that McPhaul may be driving a 2003 or 2004 silver Toyota 4Runner with an unknown tag number.

Delphinia Virginia McPhaul is described as an African American female, 5’ 3” tall and weighs 120 pounds.  She has brown hair and brown eyes.

Police and family members are concerned for Ms. McPhaul’s welfare.

Detectives are asking anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Delphinia Virginia McPhaul to call the Montgomery County Police Department’s non-emergency number at 301-279-8000.
