Concern for Missing Gaithersburg Man

Update: March 13, 2018 - Son Van Nguyen has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 6th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Gaithersburg man.

Son Van Nguyen, age 34, resides in a group home located in the 8900 block of Centerway Road and was last seen by caretakers in the 600 block of E. Diamond Avenue in Gaithersburg on Friday, March 9.

Mr. Nguyen is described as an Asian male, who is 5' 5? tall and weighs 150 pounds.  He has brown eyes and black hair.  Mr. Nguyen was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans, white shoes, dark hat, and headphones.

Police and caretakers are concerned for Mr. Nguyen’s physical and emotional welfare.

Anyone with information regarding Son Van Nguyen’s whereabouts is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000.
