Concern for Missing Rockville Man

Update: March 16, 2018 - Nekkhakhi Tahuti Rayford has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 2nd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Rockville man.

Nekkhakhi Tahuti Rayford, age 24, was last seen by family members at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Monday, March 12, when he left his Village Square Terrace home on foot.  Family members have been unable to contact him since that time.

Rayford is described as an African American male, 6’ 1” tall and weighing 170 pounds.  He has black hair and brown eyes.

Police and family are concerned for Rayford’s physical and emotional welfare.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Nekkhakhi Tahuti Rayford is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (available 24 hours). Callers may remain anonymous.
