Phyllis Reinoso - Wanted for Questioning in Connection to a Homicide that Occurred in New York

Montgomery County Police investigators are assisting the New York City Police Department (NYPD) in their investigation of a January 2017 homicide because the suspect Phyllis Reinoso may currently be in Maryland and since January 2017 is believed to have spent some time specifically in Montgomery County.

Anyone with information regarding the location of Phyllis Reinoso is urged to call the U.S. Marshals Service at: 1-877-WANTED2 (1-877-926-8332)

Information from the New York City Police Department (NYPD):

On Sunday January 22, 2017, at approximately 1617 hours (4:17 p.m.), police responded to a 911 call of an unconscious male inside of 145-15 109th Avenue. Upon arrival, responding officers discovered a 5-year-old male unconscious and unresponsive. EMS also responded to the scene and transported the male to Jamaica Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.  The incident was deemed a homicide.

The New York City Police Department is asking the public for assistance with locating 31-year-old Phyllis Reinoso who is wanted for questioning in connection to the above described homicide.
