Detectives Investigate Suspicious Death in the Bel Pre Area

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department - Major Crimes Division are investigating the suspicious death of an adult female who was located deceased yesterday morning in a Bel Pre Road residence.

On Wednesday, April 18, at approximately 11:04 a.m., the Emergency Communications Center (911 Center) received a call to check the welfare of the occupant(s) at a residence in the 3600 block of Bel Pre Road.

Officers responded to that address and located the adult female deceased inside an apartment.  She had apparent trauma to her body.

The female’s body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) in Baltimore where an autopsy will be conducted to determine the manner and cause of her death.
