Concern for Missing Rockville Man

Update: April 22, 2018: Tiberias Foster has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police – 1st District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing man.

Tiberias Steven Foster, age 32, was last seen at his residence, a rehabilitation facility on Denfield Road in Rockville.

Foster is described as an African American male, 5’ 10” tall and weighing 175 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.  He has tattoos on his face and neck.

Police and rehabilitation staff are concerned for Foster’s well-being.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Tiberias Steven Foster is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at  301-279-8000 (available 24 hours). Callers may remain anonymous.
