Concern for Missing Man

Update: April 27, 2018 - David Emanuel Bailey has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 1st District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing man.

David Emanuel Bailey, age 29, who was last known to reside at an address on Falls Grove Drive in Rockville, has been reported as missing.  He was last seen at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Monday, April 23, when a family member drove him to a bus stop located at Shady Grove Road and Frederick Road (Route 355) in Gaithersburg.  Family members have been unable to contact him since that time.

Bailey is described as an African American male, 5’ 10” tall and weighing 180 pounds.  He has black hair and brown eyes. Bailey was last seen wearing a tan-hooded- sweatshirt, blue jeans, and brown and green tennis shoes.  He has tattoos on his neck, left tricep, and forearm.

Police and family are concerned for Bailey’s physical and emotional welfare.
