Concern for Missing Silver Spring Man

For Immediate Release: Wednesday, April 25, 2018

UPDATE: 07/19/18 9:38 a.m. - Joseph Abdul N’Bawa has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Silver Spring man.

Joseph Abdul N’Bawa, age 19, of Stewart Lane, has been reported as missing by his family.

N’Bawa is described as an African American male, 5’ 8” tall and weighing 140 pounds.  He is bald and has brown eyes.  Detectives believe that he may be in the White Oak area.  He has not been in contact with his family.

Police and family members are concerned for Joseph Abdul N’Bawa’s well-being.
