Concern for Missing Bel Pre Area Man

Update: May 3, 2018 - Sairaj Nitin Shinde has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives with the Montgomery County Police Department – 4^th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Bel Pre area man

Sairaj Nitin Shinde, age 25, of Bel Pre Road, last spoke with friends by text message at approximately 1:00 p.m. yesterday (April 26).  Family and friends have been unable to contact him since that time and Shinde has not returned to his residence.  Detectives believe that Shinde is driving his white, 2017 Honda Civic with Maryland tags: 9DB7439.

Sairaj Nitin Shinde is described as a white male, 5’ 6” tall and weighs 160 pounds.  He has short black hair and brown eyes.

Police and family members are concerned for Mr. Shinde’s physical and emotional welfare.

Detectives are asking anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Sairaj Nitin Shinde or his vehicle to call the Montgomery County Police Department’s non-emergency number at 301-279-8000.
