Concern for Missing Kensington Juvenile

Update: June 7, 2018 - Emily Bliss Boa has been located safe and unharmed.




Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department - Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public for help in locating a missing juvenile.

Emily Bliss Boa, age 16, of the 3300 block of Decatur Avenue in Kensington, was last seen at her residence on May 23 at approximately 1:00 p.m.  Boa is described as a white female, 5’7” tall,  approximately 115 pounds, with blue eyes and blond hair (possibly dyed a different color). She was last seen wearing a yellow hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and carrying a black backpack. She has tattoos on her left wrist.

Police and family are concerned for Emily’s emotional well-being.
