Concern for Missing Bethesda Woman with Dementia

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department - 2nd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help in locating a woman who is missing from Bethesda and has dementia.

Rosalyn Weiner, age 84, of the 7600 block of Old Georgetown Road, was last seen by a family member at approximately 4:00 p.m. yesterday (May 24) in her Bethesda apartment. The family member returned to Weiner's apartment today at approximately 2:30 p.m. and discovered that Weiner was not in the residence.

Weiner is described as a white female, 5’1” tall and weighing 140 pounds. She has blue eyes and blond hair.  Ms. Weiner does not drive.

Anyone who has information regarding Ms. Weiner's whereabouts is asked to immediately call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number, 301-279-8000 (available 24/7).
