Concern For Missing Autistic Teen

UPDATE: Josh Cubert was located by police in the Black Hills Park in Clarksburg at approximately 7:00 p.m. this evening.  After being evaluated by medical personnel, Josh will be reunited with his family.  Police and family thank the public and media outlets for their assistance in publicizing this case.

Update: Police have been coordinating an active search in the Clarksburg area this afternoon for Josh Cubert.  Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to immediately contact Montgomery County Police at  301.279.8000.

Detectives with the Montgomery County Police Department - 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing 19-year-old male who has been diagnosed as Autistic.

Joshua (Josh) Nathan Cubert, of the 13700 block of Tribute Parkway in Clarksburg was last seen at approximately 6:00 p.m. near his residence.  Josh Cubert left the area after he and a family member became involved in a dispute.

Cubert is described as a white male,  6' tall, and weighing 145 pounds.  He has brown eyes and brown hair.  He is believed to be wearing a dark green t-shirt and black jeans.  Josh will occasionally remove his shirt.

Police and family are concerned for Josh Cubert's emotional and physical welfare. Anyone with information with regard to his whereabouts is urged to contact the Montgomery County Police at 301.279.8000.  Callers may remain anonymous.
