Detectives Seek Public's Help to Locate Missing Silver Spring Woman

Update: July 10, 2018 at 9:44 a.m. -Monica Quintanilla has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police 3rd District Investigative Section are asking the public for help to locate a missing Silver Spring woman.

Monica Quintanilla, age 20, was reported missing by her family. She is described as an Hispanic female, 5 feet 2 inches tall, and weighing 125 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. 

Ms. Quintanilla wandered away from her home on Mt. Pisgah Road. The family reports that she functions at the level of a 10-year-old, and police and family members are concerned for her welfare.
