Detectives Investigate Residential Burglary in Bethesda - Jewelry Stolen; Video Released

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department -2nd District Investigative Section continue to investigate a June 23 residential burglary in Bethesda. Today, detectives are releasing surveillance video of the two female suspects and are asking for the public’s help in identifying them.
The investigation by detectives revealed that on June 23, at approximately 11:51 a.m., the two suspects entered the unoccupied residence located in the 5100 block of Hampden Lane via the front door. The suspects stole jewelry from the residence.
A neighbor’s home surveillance system captured the two suspects and their vehicle on video. One suspect can be seen carrying a pillow case that she had removed from the home and used to carry the stolen property from the residence.
Anyone who recognizes these suspects or has information about this burglary is asked to contact the 2nd District Investigative Section at 240-773-6710.
