Concern For Bethesda Woman

UPDATE: Willow Blackmon has been located.  She is safe and unharmed.  Police thank the media and residents for their assistance in publicizing this case.

Detectives from the 2nd District Investigative Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating a Bethesda woman.

Willow Blackmon, a 25-year-old female, left her Pooks Hill Road residence at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 28.  She is described as a white female who is 6' tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds.  She has brown hair and brown eyes.  She is believed to be wearing a black short sleeve shirt with a floral print design and black yoga pants.  She resides in the 5200 block of Pooks Hill Road.

Willow Blackmon is believed to be operating a 2017 Ford C- MAX with Maryland temporary tag, 29251.

Police and family are concerned for her emotional and physical welfare.  Anyone with information regarding Willow Blackmon's whereabouts or the location of the Ford C-MAX, is asked to call detectives at the 2nd District Investigative Section at 240.773.6710.
